These posters and postcards are absolutely amazing!!! The prints of a favorite image I did were better than I ever could imagine and the color just POPPED!!! only complaint is that I wish my letter size prints were in a bag to keep them together inside the box as a few of them must have moved around and got wrinkled and dog eared. Since they are a limited edition run they are so being accounted for and numbered, but that's the only thing preventing the 5 stars... It shouldn't let anyone else stop from using the service because it's otherwise fantastic.

Mixam was wonderful throughout my whole order process! The ordering was super easy to follow and figure out. Once my order was placed, everything was sent into motion quite quick, even though there was delays in production, my prints arrived just in time for an event and they were super beautiful quality!! I would definitely recommend Mixam for anyone looking for high quality prints and I will definitely be using them again in the future :)

I have made two orders with Mixam. Both were very professionally handled - they even corrected errors I made in my files with helpful advice. The orders were filled quickly and, in both cases, exceeded my expectations. Not only would I recommend mixam, but I in fact already have - a number of my friends have used mixam and have had similarly good results. The best online printing experience I've had.

The ordering process was easy, the difficult part was figuring out on my end why my pdf pagess were low quality because I couldn't upload adobe illustrator images. Im happy it has thw feature that let's you know image quality. The website always worked with many uploads and deletes. Once I made my order it arrived a few days early and was great quality. I will use this service again.

I printed a children’s book I had written for a friend. Unfortunately the date estimate for shipment was not accurate. When I called, all the customer service reps were very responsive and helpful. They felt very easy to reach and open to helping with anything. The books arrived a few weeks late due to a production delay and the quality of the print was just ok (for the price though it makes sense! High quality prints take a lot of time/effort = cost). So for the price I paid I thought all of this was fair and the company seems genuine.

Great company and I will do better next time.
This hard cover cookbook project was my first. I found the online resources to be extensive and clear. After opening the order my wife and I had tears in our eyes as we looked at the beautiful cover. In hindsight I now understand about full bleed printing for hard cover books. In preparation to write this review I discovered "How do I add bleed" in the support resources. If I saw it earlier I certainly did not follow it, to supply a print-ready PDF with bleed included. For a retired, non tech novice I did not know how to do this. The mixam chat team designed mirror image sections from the cover artwork to avoid the showing of white, and I did OK the printing. During chat I queried 'how do I put more on the page than the size of the page?' It would have been helpful to point me to the "How do I add bleed" support section. Yet the mixam team was prompt, the mirror artwork well done and the explanation clear. Mixam is great, and next time on my part I will move from good to great - submitting PDF cover work with bleed included. Overall a great experience and quality work!

I've been looking for a printer for my book of landscape photography. After trying two U.S. based print-on-demand (POD) services, I decided I'd rather deal with a Canadian-based printer, so I gave Mixam a try by ordering two sample copies.

Four weeks after ordering these, they finally arrived. I will probably place a larger order, but there's a mix of positives and negatives with their service.

On the positive side, the samples were printed very well and the paper was good quality. I also liked their ordering website, which handled the same PDF files I'd used for the two POD companies without any issues.

The colours were bright and saturated. Too much so in a few of the images, but in the rest, the images "popped" and should appeal to potential buyers.

The negatives were the slow turnaround time (partly due to equipment problems at their end and a UPS delay). Also, this is not POD, so the process of creating samples is more complex and substantially more expensive than with POD.

One of my two sample copies was received with a bent lower right corner that affected every page, but the other did not have this problem.

Despite the much higher price for samples, Mixam offers significant price reductions for larger orders, and their pricing is competitive.

I will place a larger order, but I'll buy more POD copies in the meantime so I don't run short during the long turnaround time of my next Mixam order.

Pretty happy with Mixam! The built-in design tool was super useful for a beginner like me. Loss one star because one of the three copies we ordered has a slight defect, all the photos on the right pages came out quite blurry because one or more of the print layers didn't align with the other layers. This is most likely a printer error, so I understand that there's not much that can be done about it...Overall, still a very well constructed hard cover photo book.

There are two books. The colour is excellent in one and in the other it could have been better. If I have occasion to reprint we can work on it. Overall I am very pleased.

Great product/service, printed a hardcover book which turned out great! It was just challenging to get the cover in the format that I wanted! Consider having a word document template for the cover! Other than that would definitely recommend for your printing needs!

I have ordered from Mixam a few times and the quality has always met my expectations. The image quality and binding is solid, and the paper quality is good too. Shipping is quick as well. Just as a side note to improve- might be nice to have some more recycled/eco-friendly paper options!
